Net Neutrality.

“Net neutrality” is shorthand for the idea that the government should mandate that ISPs should largely act as dumb pipes that transmit data across the net without regards to what is in the data packets.
  • Freedom to access legal content.
  • Freedom to use applications of the users' choice.
  • Freedom to attach personal devices to connections in users' homes.
  • Freedom to obtain service plan information.

The problems would be that they can block you from sites and make your internet slow.

Telecommunications companies oppose net neutrality because they want to be able to control how people use it.

Net neutrality affects wireless communications by making them slower to reach the other person you are trying to communicate with.

I would want the net to be neutral because i don't want something to take forever to get and i don't want to be blocked from sites.

Joel Tenenbaum.

Who is Joel Tenenbaum?
Joel Tenenbaum is a Boston University graduate student.

Why is this case affect people who illegally share and download music?
Because if Tenenbaum wins, it will be a major PR back eye for the record labels, and will be cited as evidence that the litigation strategy was an expensive failure that succeeded mainly in alienating consumers.

How does this case affect Apple and other distributors of digital content?
Microsoft's full terms and conditions note that students must be actively enrolled in at least 0.5 course credits at the time of purchase and may be required to provide proof of enrollment.

Do you think that Rosemary Port should be able to sue Google? Why? How does this case affect you?

Yes, because google should've protected her privacy more. Ill feel that my privacy is not protected by google.

Do you think that Liskula Cohen should be able to sue to learn the identity of the anonymous blogger who defamed her? Why?

Yes, because I think everyone should have the feeling that they will be protected by google if they use it.
